RFC-7807 problem type values returned by the CallCenter service (features.callcenterservice) and its notification integrations (integration.callcenternotification / ccnotificationservice).

Match ProblemDetailsError.type against a member to branch on a known failure. Keep in sync with the backend when new problem types are introduced.
