RFC-7807 problem type values returned by the BusinessLogic service (core.businesslogicservice): addresses, contacts, recalls, public holidays, workers, partners.

Match ProblemDetailsError.type against a member to branch on a known failure. Keep in sync with the backend when new problem types are introduced.
